If you would like to purchase a commission, feel free to contact me! You can leave a comment on any commission journal I happen to post on any of my websites, contact me via IM, send me a private message via my art sites (LJ, Facebook or MySpace messages are not accepted), or send me a brief email saying you'd like to iron out details.
Once you're certain what you want, please send a detailed email to moc.liamtoh|SAD-dlaremErevliS#moc.liamtoh|SAD-dlaremErevliS. This is the only way in which I accept full commission requests, so that I can keep everything in one place.
Please title your email Commission or something similar so that I don't pass you off as spam.
If you would like, you may also contact me via IM to iron out details in real time and discuss in-depth what it is you'd like. Please note that even if you do contact me through AIM, Yahoo! or MSN, I still require an email so that I may keep all information in one place. Bearing that in mind: my AIM contact screenname is Volatile Kitsune, and my MSN/Yahoo! screenname is also moc.liamtoh|SAD-dlaremErevliS#moc.liamtoh|SAD-dlaremErevliS.
When requesting, please be as specific as possible. If you'd like, you can use the following form:
Step 1: Pricing
Once I receive your submission, I will reply with an estimated price, based on the type, complexity, and number of characters involved in the piece. It is at this point that I either begin working on your piece, or add it to my list (depending on my work load).
Step 2: Sketch
I always begin with a sketch. If a sketch is all you asked for, I will ask for payment BEFORE I begin sketching. If you requested a finished piece, I will send you a low-quality image of the sketch for approval. If you like what you see, I get cracking on finishing it; if not, I scrap and start over.
Step 3: Payment
When you approve of the sketch, I will then ask for your payment. I will NOT move ahead with working on your piece until payment clears. Please note that I accept PayPal, money order, or well-concealed cash. I do not accept personal checks or credit.
Step 4: Finishing
As soon as I receive your payment, I will begin work on the final piece. Working time depends on my total workload, the complexity and type of the piece, number of characters, etc.
Step 5: Sending and Posting
Once your commission is finished, I will email you a high-quality, signed, digital image of your finished piece. A lower-quality image immediately goes up in my various applicable galleries. If you ordered a traditional piece, and paid for shipping, I will ship it to you as soon as possible via First Class U.S. Mail.
Please note that I do not accept private commissions. I may be willing to censor or watermark certain pieces, but generally, anything I finish WILL be posted in applicable galleries. No exceptions.
